Did Joseph Bell NOT know that the train had to go to Uhrich instead of the Cumbres and Toltect because it had to have it's asbestos removed? Did Joseph Bell not know that Lee Behrens was informed of the asbestos issue before the transport? Is this just another example of the type of fluff that the CHS is feeding our local representatives? OR is Lee Behrens not informing the CHS of the real issues -  like how much longer the assessment/repair will now take in light of the asbestos health hazards?
