FAQ:
1. Is this the same person who was Koleen's assistant?
Yes, I was. But, I was much more than an assistant. Agenda preparation, website, booking agent (Playboy, TV shows, newspaper, Radio, etc), legal research are among some of the many things that I did for Koleen for the 12 months that she was the Mayor. I also thought we were friends. Unfortunately, as soon as I had made the contacts and arrangements for setting up a deal for her life rights, Koleen never talked to me again. A mutual friend at the time tells me that Koleen told her that she never intended on paying me the salary that she contracted with me - it was all a scam. Months afterwards, that mutual friend ended up filing charges against Koleen for stealing jewelry out of her safety deposit box. The friend was letting her use the safety deposit box because Koleen needed a place to put her cash during her bankruptcy proceedings. Koleen eventually admitted to stealing the jewelry (after many unsuccessful attempts at lying about it) and was convicted and sent to jail. My hope was that she would get mandatory therapy.
2.Who owns this site?
KAM Services currently owns this site. At one time it was owned by the Committee to Recall Brooke Buckley. As of October 10th, the site is undergoing another change in ownership - at the request of community members to be able to participate as a non-profit group. We will update once the changes happen.
3. How many people help with the site?
We get help in lots of different ways. But mostly people help by being ears. By paying attention. By sending us lots of great information, hints, etc.
4. How much does this site cost?
This site costs $19.95 (it used to be $9.95, but we had to increase the bandwidth to accomodate the increase in visitors and information that we provide) a month for the webhosting. Everything else is volunteer and contribution.
5. If the town gets their own website, will this one go away?
No. Too little, too late.
