Hey, Selectman Chiles, do you still say that it's a bunch of hooey that there isn't available narrow gauge steam equipment?

The current operators sent a letter to the CHS offering to revisit negotiations after it was made public that neither of the RFP respondents met the requirements of the RFP - None have the ability or the equipment to operate an authentic narrow gauge steam operation as required by the RFP.

Hey, CHS, you said you had plenty of qualified respondents for the RFP. Last we heard from you folks was that there would be 6 respondents. But yet you barely came up with 2 respondents.

You also told our community leaders that finding narrow gauge steam equipment would not be a problem. So why are you still scrambling to find a working piece of narrow gauge steam equipment?

Community leaders- how much more gullible and negligent to our towns can you be-to let this farce continue?

Some town promotions members claim that they didn't even know about the banners the group sponsored saying "The Train is alive in 2005".
